Assistant to the Office Manager Wanted
Nick Trading International food distribution company, located in the Los Angeles area of California, continues to grow. We just hired 2 more warehouse employees and are seeking more help for the behind the scenes functioning of our company.
The position is part time Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 12 PM.
The job includes office and clerical tasks including:
inventory (physically counting product)
filling phone orders
straightening up the office
cleaning the office area as needed
review reports and check for errors
Position answers to the Office Manager and Warehouse Manager
1. 2 years of office experience
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
3. Ability to work independently
4. Trustworthy, ability to keep information confidential, respectful
5. Can stay calm under pressure and multi-task
6. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. safely
